How We Are Led
All Church Leadership Teams
The One Board is a team comprised of members of our Staff-Parish Relations Committee (SPRC) and Finance Team. The Board is tasked with shepherding the concerns of the church and discerning key decisions to guide the future of Urban Village.
Staff-Parish Relations Committee (SPRC) is responsible for supporting and holding staff accountable to their respective roles and responsibilities, supporting candidates for ministry formation, and assessing staff structures for effective execution of ministry and church vision.
Finance Team is responsible for the strategizing, stewarding, and accountability of the church’s financial resources. Our most recent budget can be found here.
