How We Are Led

All Church Leadership Teams

Vision Team is responsible for stewarding the church’s faithful and imaginative execution of our mission and vision, while strategizing for the future.

Staff-Parish Relations Committee (SPRC) is responsible for supporting and holding staff accountable to their respective roles and responsibilities, supporting candidates for ministry formation, and assessing staff structures for effective execution of ministry and church vision.

Finance Team is responsible for the strategizing, stewarding, and accountability of the church’s financial resources. Our most recent budget can be found here.

Anti-Racism Team is responsible for helping UVC to more fully embody our commitments to anti-racist values and practices through discipleship and institutional practices.

UVC ONE Board

The ONE Board is a newly-minted team comprised of members of our Staff-Parish Relations Committee (SPRC), Finance Team, and Anti-Racism Team (ART), along with Site Representatives. The Board is tasked with shepherding the concerns of the church and will be discerning key decisions that need to be made to guide the future of Urban Village.
