JD and his wife Hilary joined UVC-West after moving to Oak Park in 2022. A native Texan, JD works as a video editor in his day job and freelance graphic designer by night. As a former aspiring musician, he can sometimes be found playing with the church band on Sunday mornings.  In his free time he enjoys hiking, rock climbing, paddle boarding or anything else that will allow him to explore the great outdoors.
